FOUNDER
12+ years at the forefront of the creator economy. Maya has shaped careers for some of the UK's leading creators and built creator-led partnerships with Burberry, L'Oréal, Adidas and Netflix.
From Head of Creators at Kyra to Meta's Creator Partnerships team, she's seen the creator economy evolve from every angle: agency, platform and talent. Now she's building SET Collective: the next chapter, driven by the same passion for creativity, collaboration and community.

SENIOR TALENT MANAGER
Six plus years delivering culture-led campaigns and strategic brand partnerships. Keys has a track record for spotting standout talent and negotiating deals that actually move the needle, with brands like Google, Coca-Cola, Gucci and Beats.
